Terms & Conditions for our Clients
- Scope of Work: This document outlines the specific civil and renovation services agreed upon between Renovation Experts and the client. Any additional work not covered here may incur extra charges and must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
- Quotation and Payments: A detailed quotation will be provided, specifying the cost breakdown of the services. Payments are to be made according to the agreed-upon schedule, with a [percentage]% deposit required upfront. Late payments may result in interest charges.
- Materials and Approvals: Renovation Experts will specify the materials to be used in the project. Any changes to the agreed-upon materials must be approved in writing. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required for the work.
- Project Timeline: A projected timeline for the completion of the project will be provided. However, unforeseen circumstances may affect the schedule. Renovation Experts will communicate any delays promptly and work to complete the project in a timely manner.
- Site Access and Safety: The client agrees to provide safe and unobstructed access to the worksite. Renovation Experts will take necessary safety precautions during the project. The client is responsible for ensuring the safety of occupants and pets during construction.
- Changes and Variations: Any changes or variations to the initial scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may result in adjustments to the project timeline and cost.
- Warranties: Renovation Experts provides a warranty on workmanship for a period of 3 months. Warranties on materials are subject to the terms and conditions provided by the respective manufacturers.
- Insurance: Renovation Experts maintains appropriate insurance coverage for the work. The client is encouraged to review their homeowner’s insurance to ensure adequate coverage during the construction and renovation period.
- Clean-up and Disposal: Renovation Experts will be responsible for cleaning the work area at the end of each workday. Proper disposal of construction waste and debris will be handled in compliance with local regulations.
- Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes arising from the project, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to reach a resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, mediation or arbitration may be pursued as outlined by local laws.
- Termination of Agreement: Either party has the right to terminate this agreement in writing if the other party breaches any material term or condition. Upon termination, the client agrees to compensate Renovation Experts for all work completed up to the termination date.

- Introduction: By entering into a partnership with Renovation Experts, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.
- Scope of Partnership: The partnership covers the collaboration between Renovation Experts and the service partner for the provision of services as outlined in the agreement. Any additional services must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
- Service Standards: Service partners are expected to maintain high standards of quality, professionalism, and ethical conduct. Any deviation may result in termination of the partnership.
- Payment and Invoicing: Payment terms will be outlined in the partnership agreement. Invoices should be submitted according to the agreed-upon schedule. Late submissions may result in delayed payments.
- Confidentiality: Service partners may have access to confidential information during the partnership. It is agreed that such information will be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
- Performance Evaluation: Performance evaluations may be conducted periodically. Renovation Experts reserves the right to terminate the partnership if service standards are consistently below expectations.
- Termination of Partnership: Either party has the right to terminate the partnership with written notice. In the event of termination, any outstanding payments or obligations must be fulfilled.
- Non-Compete Clause: Service partners agree not to engage in similar partnerships or provide services to direct competitors during the term of the partnership and for a specified period after termination.
- Insurance and Liability: Service partners must maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their operations. Renovation Experts will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred by the service partner.
- Dispute Resolution: In the event of disputes, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to reach a resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, mediation or arbitration may be pursued as outlined by local laws.
- Changes to Terms: Renovation Experts reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with prior notice. Continued partnership implies acceptance of the updated terms.
- Governing Law: This partnership agreement is governed by the laws of Indian law. Any legal disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
