Terms of Service for Renovation Services

What We’re Doing: We’re here to spruce up your space! This document outlines what we’ll be doing and what you should know.

How Much and When to Pay: We’ll provide a breakdown of the renovation costs. A partial payment is needed upfront, and the remaining amount is paid during the process. Late payments may result in additional charges.

Materials and Approvals: We’ll specify the materials we plan to use. Any changes require mutual agreement in writing. You’re responsible for obtaining necessary permits.

When We’ll Finish: We’ll provide a timeline for project completion. While we aim to stick to the plan, unforeseen circumstances might cause delays. We’ll keep you informed if that happens.

Keeping Things Safe: Ensure we have safe and easy access to your place. We’ll take precautions to maintain a secure environment during the renovation. Keep your family and pets in a safe area too!

Changes to the Plan: Any modifications to the original plan will be documented, potentially affecting the timeline or cost.

Our Promise: We guarantee the quality of our work for [3 months]. Materials come with their own warranties from the manufacturers.

Being Safe with Insurance: We carry insurance for our renovation work. Check your home insurance for additional coverage. Note: Insurance does not cover any physical damage or existing seepages.

Cleaning Up: We commit to cleaning our workspace daily and disposing of debris responsibly.

If Something Goes Wrong: Communication is key. If issues arise, let’s discuss and find a solution. If needed, a third party may be involved for resolution.

Ending the Renovation Deal: If either party wishes to terminate the agreement, written notice is required. In such cases, payment is expected for work completed up to that point.

By allowing us to renovate your space, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Please review and sign before we commence.
